The correct dosage
The recommended dose in women is 300 mg per day. The 175 mg capsules make the daily dose slightly exceed the 300 mg, which I like.

Best way to supplement with magnesium
After trying different forms of magnesium I think this bisglycinate is the most interesting for the level of absorption and does not present intestinal problems, at least in my case. It is interesting to be able to buy bottles with 240 capsules since it is something I take daily and it is more economical. I usually take it at night with ashwagandha.

Immediate relaxation
Considering my deficiency, taking magnesium gave me a lot of energy but after a few weeks it went down. One or two tablets and the headache disappeared, the aches and pains diminished and sleep came. On the other hand, after 3 tablets, the magnesium is consumed, so 2 are enough.
Vu ma carence, la prise de magnésium m'a donné une énergie folle mais après quelques semaines elle est retombée. Un comprimé ou deux et le mal de tête disparait, les courbatures diminuent et le sommeil arrive. Par contre à partir de 3 comprimés, le magnésium m'assomme donc 2 suffisent..

Buy the large format, because of the amount of pills and because you have to take two a day. They are a little big, but like other pills.
