Great for finishing off the 420 mg of magnesium we need each day. Bisglycinate is one of the most recommended forms of magnesium because it does not irritate the gastrointestinal tract and is well absorbed. Some people use it to relax and take it before going to bed.

To develop my own zma.
Chelated magnesium of the highest bioavailability. I use it together with zinc bisglycinate (also from HSN, of course) before sleeping (two capsules of magnesium with one of zinc). I notice a better rest and better muscle recovery (no more cramps).
