Basic supplement for me at an unbeatable price. I take one capsule in the morning together with vitamin D and another one at night together with melatonin. I get a good synergy between the products. The tablet is easy to swallow and does not burn.

Good magnesium
Having tried the citrate form, which is fine, and now also the bisglycinate, my feeling is that the latter presentation is more comfortable to take (capsule) than the citrate (large tablet), and more gentle and tolerable at the digestive level. I will definitely stick with the bisglycinate form.
Tras haber probado la forma citrato, que está bien, y ahora también el bisglicinato, mi sensación es que esta última presentación es más cómoda de tomar (cápsula) que el citrato (comprimido grande), y más suave y tolerable a nivel digestivo. Definitivamente me quedo con la forma de bisglicinato.
