After months of use, I can say that you can no longer live without it. The quality of sleep is much better, in rem phase of deep sleep and it lowers cortisol quite a lot throughout the day. I usually take it 1h or 2h before bedtime with a little melatonin. The price is very good. It is better to buy 2 at a time to complete the month.
