I chose this brand of Bisglycinate because of the quality/price ratio. Good composition. Size of the tablets, acceptable, not too big. I notice a lot of effects: muscle relaxation, better rest, also better general mood.

The best way to get magnesium, in my opinion
Good quality, it adapts perfectly to what I need, I take it at night at dinner and it helps me sleep and rest better. The only downside would be that instead of taking two pills, the ideal would be one, but no problem.
