The best way to get magnesium, in my opinion
Good quality, it adapts perfectly to what I need, I take it at night at dinner and it helps me sleep and rest better. The only downside would be that instead of taking two pills, the ideal would be one, but no problem.
Buena calidad, se adapta perfectamente a lo que necesito, lo tomo por la noche en la cena y me ayuda a dormir y descansar mejor.
