It has changed my life

It works very well to improve sleep, reduce fatigue, etc. but it is necessary to be constant. It takes some time to notice its effects. I was without my magnesium for a few days and in the end.... I realized how well it works!

The capsules are a bit big but they are easy to swallow. Some people say that magnesium is ideal for better sleep, but I feel better in the morning because at night it keeps me awake a bit.
