It's excellent for muscle relaxation: I used to have horrible pains in my neck and I'd been having painful sports massage, and with this the pains went away, and it helps me sleep better. I highly recommend it!

Very effective
In my case it took effect within a week. I have been on various statins all my life for a congenital and hereditary condition, suddenly the ramps and pain started while I was sleeping. Q10 200 in the morning with O3 (with EPA 1000 minimum) and this magnesium at night solved the problem. A friend of mine with the same genetic mutation who also swims in the open sea is also very happy.
En mi caso hizo efecto en una semana. Llevo toda la vida con diversas estatinas por una condición congénita y hereditaria, de repente empezaron las rampas y el dolor mientras dormía. Q10 200 en la mañana con O3 (con EPA 1000 mínimo) y este magnesio por la noche solucionaron el problema. Una amiga con la misma mutación genética que además nada en mar abierto, también está muy contenta.
