I have been taking magnesium bisglycinate for a long time. I used to take other much more expensive brands until I discovered this one from HSN and I am very happy. Just as effective as a supplement and much cheaper.

One of the best magnesiums available
After having tried several types of magnesium, this is undoubtedly the one that has given me the best results. In times of stress and anxiety, taking 2 capsules before bedtime makes me have a restful sleep and the next day I wake up rested and relaxed. Totally recommended for everyone.
