I have been using for some years another brand of harpagofito for pain, a few months ago I was told about this brand for the concentration it has and I decided to buy it because there are 2 capsules instead of 3 as almost all, and I was delighted, I noticed an improvement much earlier than with the others I had used.

I have noticed the anti-inflammatory effect from the beginning. I take it during breakfast and dinner to avoid gastric reflux, as I have a hiatal hernia. Taking the capsules during meals does not cause gastric discomfort.
