I suffer from insomnia and the truth is that they help you sleep. You fall hopelessly. I personally mix them with Sleep Care and they work great.

The objective is to relax the always active mind and bring lucidity. Easy to swallow and tasteless capsules. The only problem I find is that the format is very similar to others and you have to be very careful when taking out and as in my case to give everyone theirs.
