Good supplement if you have an injury
I had previously tried Glucosamine Sulfate, Glucosamine with Coindroitin and Collagen with Magnesium, but not this one. It has been good for strengthening my shoulder and knee, combined with physical therapy and rest. The only downside is that the capsules are too large.
