Very good quality/price pre-workout
I have taken several types of pre-workouts and I can say that I'm sticking with this one. I really like the taste it has (blue raspberry) because it is not heavy at all. As for the effect, in my case it is quite noticeable from taking it to not taking anything, the same effect as other pre workouts I've tried, but much cheaper. If I had to change something it would be the packaging, I like it better in a bottle. Otherwise great.
He tomado varios tipos de pre entrenos y puedo decir que me quedo con éste. Me gusta mucho el sabor que tiene (frambuesa azul) ya que no es nada pesado. En cuanto al efecto, en mi caso se nota bastante de tomarlo a no tomar nada, el mismo efecto que otros pre entrenos que he probado, pero mucho más barato. Si tuviera que cambiar algo sería el envase, me gusta más en bote. Por lo demás genial.

It gives you an extra boost of energy. It works for me to wake me up when I do my early morning routine.
