My favorite pre-workout.
The black currant one is my favorite flavor, sometimes I wish it wasn't a stimulant so I could take it as something cool on summer evenings. Its composition is pretty good and since it's not only stimulant but also has creatine monohydrate and beta-alanine, among other things. I don't worry about adding it with more supplementation, and even if it's not my ergogenic dose it's close.
