At the beginning it is noticeable
Pre-workout that at the beginning you notice the punch, in terms of activity and itching of the skin from the beta-alanine. Little by little I think that tolerance is being generated, since I do not notice the activity of before (and it is 300mg of caffeine) and I do not notice the itching in the skin from the beta-alanine. I'm going to go a while without taking it to eliminate that tolerance and get back to full strength. In the meantime I will use the pre without stimulants.
Preentreno que al principio se nota el punch, en cuanto a la actividad y el picor de la piel por la beta-alanina. Poco a poco creo que se va generando tolerancia, ya que no noto la actividad de antes (y son 300mg de cafeína) ni noto el picor en la piel de la beta-alanina. Voy a estar un tiempo sin tomarlo para eliminar esa tolerancia y volver a tope. Mientras tanto usaré el pre sin estimulantes.

I personally did not like the red orange flavor very much. I find it quite effective to take it before my workouts because it provides a little caffeine to reactivate your body and also having creatine gives a plus to this supplement.

I can't miss it even if I don't need it.
The energy drink taste is great starting from there. And it stimulates you well for exercise but it includes unnecessary components that could be saved to make the product more economical such as creatine (for its underdosing), some amino acids and beta alanine which has no conclusive studies of its effectiveness.
