I do not usually take pre-workouts, but the truth is that this is quite good and it shows, you can do more intense workouts for longer before fatigue. 3g of creatine is too little, since I don't think any 30kg person is going to take this product (for which that amount would be enough). At least 5 or 6g per serving should be taken.
