There are products that are difficult to evaluate in the short term because their effects are not noticeable (that doesn't mean they are ineffective), but this product is really noticeable. After a few minutes you begin to notice a tingling/tingling/prickle that tells you that you are ready for action (not unpleasant, although curious, and disappears as soon as the workout begins). A los pocos minutos comienzas a notar un hormigueo/cosquilleo/picorcillo que te indica que estás listo para la acción (no es desagradable, aunque curioso, y desaparece en cuanto empieza el entrenamiento). De verdad que es efectivo y práctico para darte un buen "chute" en la sesión de entrenamiento.
