I am liking this product, I changed 5htp for tryptophan and I find myself more focused and with more positive thoughts that yes you have to take it for a few weeks to begin to see more effects on a daily basis. It seems that since it contains B vitamins it is better assimilated. I have tried other brands and at the moment I'm sticking with this one for its price and quality.

eso sí hay que tomarlo durante unas semanas para comenzar a ver efectos más a diario. Parece que al contener vitaminas del grupo B

After a little over a month of taking this tryptophan I must say that it is effective, but to notice the effects you have to be very consistent. If you skip doses you will notice the difference, so that is a very good sign.
