I took it to try and I have been taking only one capsule instead of two as recommended. And I have to say that I have been sleeping better, waking up less often and waking up more rested.

Yo lo cogí por probar y me he estado tomando solamente una cápsula en vez de dos como recomienda. Y he de decir que he estado durmiendo mejor, despertándome menos veces y levantándome más descansado; y no menos importante, al levantarme no me despierto todavía con sueño y abobado como me ha pasado con algunas infusiones con melatonina que había probado antes.

I bought a bottle of 120 capsules and took the dose of two capsules per day. I can't say for sure that it didn't do anything at the organic level, but I can say for sure that I didn't notice any improvement at the level of sensations, mood, stress management or anxiety... So I do not recommend them, at least in this version.

Compré un bote de 120 Cápsulas y tomé la dosis de dos cápsulas por día. No puedo asegurar que no hizo nada a nivel orgánico, pero puedo asegurar que no noté mejoría ninguna a nivel de sensaciones, humor, manejo del estrés o ansiedad... Así que no las recomiendo, al menos en esta versión.

It knocks me out

I use it when I can't get to the preset tryptophan values with food. It manages to relax you and help you sleep.

Lo utilizzo quando non riesco ad arrivare con gli alimenti ai valori di triptofano prestabiliti. Riesce a farti rilassare e aiutare a dormire.

Let's see, I didn't take it much, but it was noticeable. Consume more frequently and it will make you better. For the price it is not bad.

A ver, lo tome poco pero algo se notaba. Consumir más frecuentemente y os hará mejor. Por el precio no está mal.

Very satisfied

Since I've been taking it, I sleep much better. It was recommended to me because I suffered from insomnia, I take it together with melatonin and I am very happy.
