It works
I have been taking it for a few weeks but I have noticed it since the first pill. I take it half an hour before going to bed and it's a godsend, I still wake up once in a while during the night, but less and less. It does work for me, it has improved my sleep. The tablet is very easy to take. I am very happy with this product, I highly recommend it.
Llevo tomándolo unas semanas pero lo he notado desde la primera pastilla. Lo tomo media hora antes de ir a la cama y es mano de santo, me sigo despertando alguna que otra vez durante la noche, pero cada vez menos. Si que me funciona, ha mejorado mi sueño.
