It does its job
It's very good, it doesn't make you fall asleep as if it were an anxiolytic but I have noticed that it takes me less time to fall asleep and I wake up less at night, besides waking up more rested. When I've been taking it for a while it seems that it stops working so well, so I alternate it with other similar ones for a while so that the body doesn't get used to the same thing, and it works well for me.
Es muy buena, no hace que caigas del tirón como si fuera un ansiolítico pero he notado que tardo menos en dormirme y me despierto menos en las noches, además de levantarme más descansada. Cuando llevo un tiempo tomándola seguido parece que deja de hacer tanto efecto, así que la alterno con otros similares por temporadas para que el cuerpo no se acostumbre a lo mismo, y me va bien.

Good melatonin
This is the first time I have tried this melatonin, because I usually order it outside Spain, because here there is no 3 or 5 mg melatonin, because it is forbidden, and the recommended dose is not enough for me to reach a deep sleep. I can say that by taking two pills of this melatonin I reached a deep sleep and I wake up very well. I will order it again because it is very good value for money.
Es la primera vez que he probado esta melatonina, porque por lo general la pido siempre fuera de España, porque aquí no la hay de 3 ni de 5 mg, por qué está prohibida, y a mí la dosis recomendada no me es suficiente para alcanzar un sueño profundo.
Puedo decir que tomándome dos pastillas de esta melatonina alcanzó el sueño profundo y me levanto muy bien. La volveré a pedir porque la relación calidad-precio es muy buena.
