The truth is that it works compared to others I've tried, it works great and I don't find any taste in it. It does its job, I take it at dinner and after half an hour I use it for a better rest.

I notice a lot the day I take it and the day I don't, if that day I know I'm going to sleep less hours or that the next day I have something important I take it 100%.

Excellent value for money, I take it every day because I fall asleep faster, in my case I take it letting it slowly undo under the tongue because it takes effect faster although the tablets are much larger than other brands does not taste bad.
Excelente relación calidad-precio, la tomo cada día porque así me duermo más rápido, en mi caso la tomo dejándola deshacer lentamente debajo de la lengua porque así hace efecto más rápido aunque los comprimidos son mucho más grandes que otras marcas no tiene mal sabor.
