As for the price, it is spectacular. It is effective but from my point of view it is better the extended release ones so that in case of nighttime awakening you will not stay awake. Supplementing it with magnesium, if possible in the evening before dinner, helps to relax the body. And logically avoid screens after certain hours due to the blue light emitted.
En cuanto al precio es espectacular. Es eficaz pero bajo mi punto de vista son mejores los que son de liberación prolongada para que en caso de despertar nocturno no quedes desvelado. Complementarlo con magnesio, a ser posible por la tarde antes de cenar, ayuda a ir relajando el cuerpo. Y lógicamente evitar las pantallas a partir de ciertas horas por la luz azul que emite.
