Sleeping in one go is possible, and without waking up drowsy. The pills are not very large and swallow well. I highly recommend it.

Dormir del tirón es posible, y sin levantarse con somnolencia. Las pastillas no son muy y grandes y se tragan bien. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
