In my case less effective than sequential release.
If your problem is catching up on sleep, then fine. In my case, moreover, I wake up at dawn... and there is no way. For the latter, this melatonin did not help me, but the other HSN chewable sequential release melatonin did.
Si tu problema es coger el sueño, entonces bien. En mi caso, además, me despierto de madrugada.. y ya no hay manera. Para esto último, no me sirvió esta melatonina, pero sí la otra de HSN masticable de liberación secuencial.
