I had been taking omega3 for years but was unaware of the added value of the IFOS certificate. Since then I only consume omega3 with this seal and this one from HSN has a fantastic quality-price ratio (they are usually more expensive than those without the seal). In addition, the percentage of EPA and DHA is high. It does repeat a little, but like all omega3s. I get it to repeat a little less by keeping the bottle cold.
Llevaba años tomando omega3 pero desconocía el valor añadido del certificado IFOS. Desde entonces solo consumo omega3 con este sello y este de HSN tiene una relación calidad-precio fantástica (suelen ser más caros que los que no llevan sello). Además, el porcentaje en EPA y DHA es elevado. Se me repite un poco, pero como todos los omega3. Consigo que repita algo menos, guardando el bote en frio.
