I bought this omega 3 to take on days when I don't eat fish to help maintain an anti-inflammatory environment in my body. It is still early to see results, but that it has the IFOS seal gives me confidence in the quality of the product. The pearls are large but easy to take.

As always, it is one of the best value for money on the market. I don't notice anything when I use it, but since I don't eat fish, it is a must have in my daily life. I value taking only one capsule a day, and even more that it does not repeat as has happened to me with others.

Natural triglycerides
This product is how it is convenient to take Omega 3; after documenting myself to know why natural triglycerides (and why the price) I have been able to verify that HSN knows very well what composition to offer in its products.
