I bought the neutral flavor (2kg). HSN is known for the unbeatable quality-price ratio of its products, but if there is one that stands out especially in that aspect is the calcium caseinate. A completely neutral flavor with an extraordinary protein ratio (slow digestion) and an optimal aminogram.

Basic casein
A study has shown that this type of casein digests as slowly as micellar casein, if not slightly more slowly. It has a milder taste than micellar casein, but the texture is denser and more like that of lacprodan native casein. The price is right, and I think it's a good alternative to micellar casein.
Une étude a démontré que ce type de caséine avait une digestion aussi lente voir légèrement plus lente que la micellaire, elle a un goût de lait plus prononcé que la caséine micellaire je trouve, la texture est plus dense par contre et ressemble plutôt à la texture de la caséine native lacprodan. Le tarif est très correct, cela me paraît être une bonne alternative à la micellaire
