Interesting as an alternative to coffee.
It does not produce any type of anxiety or irritability that a cup of strong coffee usually generates in me, nor does it disturb my sleep if I take a capsule first thing in the morning. As for the positive effects, it is difficult to estimate, although the sensation is positive.

I use this caffeine during times when I am more tired and need a boost of energy. The truth is that sometimes I don't feel like drinking coffee or an energy drink. These capsules are convenient to swallow and, at least for me, they work quite well.
