All correct, I find it very practical that there is barley grass powder, years ago I used to make it fresh, but in powder it lasts longer and you can prepare the amount you want at the moment.

I was surprised to see the fiber and protein content (incomparable values). Easy to find the taste and find it to my liking, I bet on this added contribution to my smotthies, and I already bought the larger format (and I think that when I run out, I will repeat without hesitation).

Waiting for results
The taste is not too strong and allows me to pair it with other products. I have noticed how the stomach does something inside when taking it with kefir, although I can't say much more so far. Price, quality excellent.

Purifying, oxygenating
Very rich in nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and soluble fiber, but the main reason to consume barley grass is for its chlorophyll content, with its oxygenating and alkalizing qualities, it is also purifying... for my taste the flavor is a little strong, but it is taken in small quantities, mixed with other superfoods, algae or in my case proteins...
