Barley grass powder

Purifying, oxygenating

Very rich in nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and soluble fiber, but the main reason to consume barley grass is for its chlorophyll content, with its oxygenating and alkalizing qualities, it is also purifying... for my taste the flavor is a little strong, but it is taken in small quantities, mixed with other superfoods, algae or in my case proteins...

Barley grass powder

It works

I was given a sachet of 150 grams and I was a little skeptical, but it works, it improves the intestinal tract to go to the bathroom like a captain of the underworld! The other nutritional properties already seem to me a bonus!

Barley grass powder

Helps to recover

I take it in times of special physical exhaustion and it works very well. I take it alone with water. I like the taste, it tastes like grass, although I understand that some people don't like it very much.

Barley grass powder

Very good

I have been trying it for a short time, but this superfood, like other similar ones that I consume daily, seems to me to be an extra contribution to our diet, loaded with vitamins, minerals and prebiotics. Easily soluble, and I love the taste.
