I'm not denigrating this product, I just wanted to test it. It fills you up nicely when you have a hunger pang at 10am or 4pm. As far as I'm concerned, it's not Top. The flour doesn't dissolve well and I find that there are too many carbohydrates than proteins, compared to classic oat flakes. After that, I confirm everything else, the value for money is good and the packaging is clean.

Me concernant je trouve que ce n'est pas Top. La farine se dissous mal est je trouve qu'il y'a trop de glucide que de proteine, par rapport au flocon d'avoine classique, après je confirme tout le reste, le rapport qualité prix est bien et l'emaballage est propre.
