I bought the chocolate flavor and the truth is that it is highly recommended, it dilutes well in water, the flavor is very similar to the chocolate protein, so you can mix them without problem; and the nutritional values are quite adequate compared to other brands. As an aspect of improvement, I would try to improve the closing of the package or bag as it is often difficult to close it properly and it stays open. Highly recommended
