I love this flour because, although I don't like all the flavors, but there are 4 of them (brownie, white chocolate and lemon, chocolate cookie and cheesecake) that I'm crazy about its flavor. It is not quite soluble and I have to mix very well to integrate the flour well and not be lumpy but ... in general, I LOVE it for the price it has. I will always buy.
