Delicious for sponge cakes
The one I buy the most is the brownie flavor, but I just ordered the snickerdoodle one and it is also very tasty. I usually mix them with some neutral oatmeal, vegetable milk, a pinch of yeast and psyllium (the latter acts as an emulsifier, since I don't use eggs). All mixed and microwaved. At home it is a must for the morning sponge cakes. The only drawback I would put is the same as always: the package, which once opened does not close again. If at least the closure were Velcro type, it would be a better presentation. But otherwise, it is a great oatmeal.
La que más compro es la de sabor brownie, pero acabo de pedir la de snickerdoodle y también está muy rica. Suelo mezclarlas con un poco de avena neutra, leche vegetal, una pizca de levadura y psyllium (este último hace la función de emulgente, pues no uso huevo). Todo mezclado y al microondas. En casa no puede faltar para los bizcochitos mañaneros. La única pega que pondría es la de siempre: el envase, que una vez abierto ya no vuelve a cerrar. Si al menos el cierre fuera tipo velcro, ganaría en presentación. Pero por lo demás, es una avena estupenda.
