I've been eating egg white pancakes with this oatmeal for years, my favorite flavors: chocolate peanut and vanilla, in general they are all delicious. I take 200 ml of egg whites and 30-50 of flour with a little stevia. The truth is that it gives you a lot of energy to train, it tastes good and has a good price (If you do not continue to inflate them I advise 100%) Eye do not overdo it with flour in desserts that even if it is "fitness" you gain weight, take it with head.
Llevo años comiendo tortitas de claras con esta avena, mis sabores favoritos: chocolate cacahuete y vainilla, en general todas están ricas. Tomo 200 ml de claras y 30-50 de harina con un poco de stevia. La verdad que te da mucha energía para entrenar, tiene buen sabor y buen precio (Si no siguen inflándolos lo aconsejo al 100%) Ojo no pasarse con las harinas en los postres que aunque sea "fitness" subes de peso, tómalo con cabeza.

I have been using this product for a long time with another brand. The advantage of HSN is that some oat products are vegan. Very good point for people like me who train more than 2 hours a day in crossfit and who need snacks between 4 and 5 times a day. Ideal for quick absorption after competition. I recommend it. However, the cookie taste gives, for me, a sensation of sugar in the mouth that can disturb some people who do not consume sugar. All in all, impeccable. Nothing to say about the quality-price ratio.
Produit que j'utilise depuis longtemps avec une autre marque. L'avantage de HSN est que certains produits en avoine sont végans. Très bon point pour les personnes comme moi qui s'entrainent plus de 2h par jour en crossfit et qui ont besoin de collation entre 4 et 5 fois par jour. Idéal en absorption rapide après compète. Je recommande. En revanche le goût cookie donne, pour moi, une sensation de sucre dans la bouche cela peut déranger certaines personnes qui ne consomment pas de sucre. Dans l'ensemble impeccable . Rien à redire sur le rapport qualité prix.
