The flavor is very pleasant and the emulsion and result of the preparation is excellent. I have used it to make vegan pancakes (without eggs), and only by mixing with water it curdles, does not stick to the pan and has a great texture and flexibility. With other oat flours, the mixture softens with heat and there is no way to curdle.
