A lifesaver
I make myself protein ice cream and the secret ingredient is guar gum. It helps me stay in a deficit and keep me full and not hungry. I recommend it to all my customers as well.

Good thickener, for what it is, for any dessert or a simple milkshake you make it and you take it as porridge...brutal! I would only change the container for one a little larger or a jar to fit the hand.

Interesting product
I had never used it before and really liked the consistency it adds to egg protein shakes. It makes them feel more like a dessert. The packaging is good but a little narrow to reach in and use the little spoon that comes inside. I think you would have to switch packages or use a long spoon so you don't get your hands dirty. I recommend it.
Nunca lo había usado y me gustó mucho la consistencia que le añade a los batidos de proteína de huevo. Las hace sentir más como un postre. El empaque es bueno pero un poco estrecho para meter la mano y usar la cucharita que viene dentro. Creo que se tendría que cambiar de paquete o usar una cuchara larga para no ensuciarte las manos. Lo recomiendo.
