Very good alternative for thickening
Very effective for thickening, but be careful because it thickens a lot. the first time i made the mistake of pouring the whole scoop into my pancakes and i had to throw the batter away because it was practically solid. you have to pour very little. the good part is that because you have to pour so little, the product lasts a lot.
Muy eficaz para espesar, pero ojo porque espesa mucho. la primera vez cometí el error de echarle el scoop entero a mis tortitas y tuve que tirar la masa porque era prácticamente sólida. hay que echarle muy poco. la parte buena es que al tener que echar tan poco, el producto dura un montón.
