Great for thickening, I mix it with QFB, with the water from the mixture with the protein and it stays like a mousse... I still need to try it with ice cream, since I have been using xanthan. I bought it again!

I really liked it, I wanted to try it because I had seen many recipes that include it but I had not yet decided given its high price, but HSN has it at a great price! It fulfills its function perfectly, thickens super fast and with very little quantity, although I have yet to try it in many more recipes.
Me ha gustado muchísimo, tenía ganas de probarlo porque había visto muchas recetas que lo incluyen pero aún no me había decidido dado su elevado precio, pero en HSN lo tienen a un precio genial!
