Simply perfect, I bought it a long time ago and had not had the chance to use it. I have tried it to make sauces using vegetable drinks or lactose-free milk, instead of cream or similar. You add it according to the desired texture, it does not add odor or modify the flavor, it only thickens the dough or sauce you want. Do not hesitate! It is a very good choice.
Sencillamente perfecta, la compré hace muuuucho tiempo y no había tenido ocasión para utilizarla.
La he probado para hacer salsas utilizando bebidas vegetales o leche sin lactosa, en lugar de natas o similares.
Vas añadiendo según la textura deseada, no añade olor ni modifica el sabor, solo espesa la masa o salsa que quieras.
