Useful and effective for solidifying or freezing sauces, yoghurt... but not practical for this type of powder.

It fulfills its function. It offers good consistency. I use it to thicken my oatmeal shakes and they stay like mush and the best thing is that it satiates me for 2 hours with 60 grams of oatmeal and 500 ml of water.

Sencillamente perfecta, la compré hace muuuucho tiempo y no había tenido ocasión para utilizarla.
La he probado para hacer salsas utilizando bebidas vegetales o leche sin lactosa, en lugar de natas o similares.
Vas añadiendo según la textura deseada, no añade olor ni modifica el sabor, solo espesa la masa o salsa que quieras.
