Good thickener

I use it to make ice cream. I put ice, a little water, instant coffee, vanilla protein and a little guar gum in the hand blender. It's super tasty, and the texture is perfect. I eat it right away, I don't freeze it (I've never tried freezing it once it's made).

La utilizo para hacer helados. Pongo en la batidora de mano hielo, un poco de agua, café instantáneo, proteína de vainilla y un poco de goma guar. Está súper rico, y la textura está perfecta. Lo como al momento, no congelo (nunca lo he probado a congelar una vez hecho).

Much better than gelatin, you have to adjust the amount little by little so that it does not become caked, it works much better than other products.

Ideal for sweet or savory

Neutral flavor, great thickening power with very little product. Very few calories. Suitable for sweet as custard or syrups or salty.

Ideal thickener to give the desired texture to your own energy gel. I recommend doing several tests with the quantities to find the desired texture. For my taste, the one recommended is too dense.

Thickener for milkshakes

I got it as a gift in one of my purchases and it is a thickener, I used it to thicken some milkshakes and it is fine, it is normally used to thicken some recipes but it is up to the consumer's taste.
