For running, fine.
Highly recommended especially if you use it for running, in the sprints I notice that I recover better (I do HIIT to improve running rhythms and since I take them, I recover breath much earlier). It's a pity that they are only 30 capsules, but if you dose them well, they give results.
Muy recomendables sobre todo si la utilizas para correr, en los sprints noto que recupero mejor (hago HIIT para mejorar los ritmos de carrera y desde que las tomo, recupero aliento mucho antes).
