Ideal product to provide electrolytes in physical activity and also give that extra caffeine. You can tell that it is time-released and does not give peaks, so I use it a lot in my long and demanding outings.

These are very complete salts at a very reasonable price. Their efficacy is very good. In my case, I have some stomach sensitivity, so I have to control the high dosages or do it while providing a good intake of liquid or food.
