Effective for mild migraines
I have severe migraines, I have to be admitted to the hospital and they come in spurts, I was recommended to take magnesium citrate to try to reduce them and the truth is that it is working for me. Obviously it doesn't take them away completely, but I have had fewer and the ones I have had have been, I feel, even milder than before.
Yo tengo migrañas graves, de ingresarse en el hospital y me vienen por emporadas, me recomendaron tomar citrato de magnesio para intentar reducirlas y la verdad es que me está funcionando. Evidentemente no me las quita del todo, pero sí he tenido menos y las que he tenido han sido siento que hasta más leves que antes.

Good product, poor presentation
The product is of very good quality but the tablets are very large and rough and this makes them very hard to swallow. Not suitable for children or people who are not used to swallowing large tablets.
El producto es de muy buena calidad pero las pastillas son muy grandes y ásperas y esto hace que cueste mucho tragarlas. No aptas para niños ni gente que no esté acostumbrada a tragar pastillas grandes.

I have been taking the lozenges for months and they are very effective, the only problem I notice is that the lozenge is not coated and it does not make it easy to treat, it sticks to my throat and is very hard to swallow.
