All correct, except for the size of the capsules. It is very difficult to swallow them because of their size and texture. Even so, they are worth it for their quality-price and the security that HSN products offer me.

A fundamental in my supplementation
At home we all take it daily for quite some time. Good value for money, but to put a downside, the tablets are quite large but they are easily broken in half to make them easier to take. The tablets have no taste.
En casa lo tomamos todos a diario desde hace bastante tiempo. Relación calidad-precio buena, pero por poner una pega los comprimidos son bastante grandes pero se parten fácil a la mitad para facilitar su toma. Los comprimidos no tienen sabor.
