I would have liked a slightly smaller dose per capsule (150 - 175 mg), so as not to exceed 300 mg per day. Still, I find it an excellent product.

I have recently started consuming magnesium regularly, I started with your product EVOFLEX which has been very good for me but after 2 bottles I have opted for this one, since magnesium is the only thing I'm looking for. So far I recommend it 100%, a good product and its price is unbeatable.

High concentration
A high concentration of magnesium is obtained with a single dose. In tablet form it avoids the taste of citrate which is quite bad.
