The tablets are of a size that facilitates their intake. If they were twice as large, only one intake would be necessary, but with this size there are two to be taken per day. It is worth it because they are very easy to swallow with a little water.

I don't know if it's subjective or not, but this product makes me rest much better at night, I've only been taking it for 1 week and since the first dose I've rested better. I have combined it with glycine, and both feel great.
