Very effective
At 50 years old and with a delicate stomach I am not in the mood for experiments, the protein has to be digestible and it has to help me in my diet that combines intermittent fasting with high protein intake to transform my body fat into muscle. The result is obvious, my bike and weight training is paying off and I have more muscle mass with fat loss. I am staying at the same weight and lifting almost the same weight as when I was 20 years old. The workouts have changed and I combine more elastic bands and less "iron" but as it has always been difficult for me to "overeat" so that the muscle recovers since I am intolerant to milk and other things, this protein being so digestible allows me to complement the daily diet without greater caloric intake and without suffering heavy digestions.

El resultado salta a la vista, mi entreno de bicicleta y pesas esta dando sus frutos y tengo mayor masa muscular con pérdida de grasa. Me estoy manteniendo en el mismo peso y ya levanto casi el mismo peso que cuando tenia 20 años. Los entrenos han cambiado y combino más bandas elásticas y menos "hierro" pero como siempre me ha costado "comer de más" para que el músculo se recupere ya que soy intolerante a la leche y a otras cosas esta proteína al ser tan digestible me permite complementar la dieta diaria sin mayor aporte calórico y sin sufrir digestiones pesadas.
