HSN's purest
Since I have tried it I repeat, it allows you to apply it as a post workout or in any dessert. The taste is very similar to milk, I have no problem drinking it alone, but if you have a problem you can add cocoa or instant coffee. For me it has been a discovery, it is my priority protein today.
Desde que la he probado repito, te permite aplicarla como post entreno o en cualquier postre. El sabor muy similar a la leche, yo no tengo problema en tomármela sola, pero si tienes problema se le puede añadir o cacao o café instantáneo.
Para mí ha sido todo un descubrimiento, es mi proteína prioritaria hoy por hoy.
